Celebrating future champions
Every year we celebrate the cream of Britain’s growing businesses, the ones-to-watch today and stars of tomorrow. Created by Real Business and the CBI in 1999, the Growing Business Awards are the most established recognition for the UK’s most innovative entrepreneurs.
Now in their 14th year, the awards have a history of celebrating many stars of British enterprise, including Innocent Smoothies, Autonomy, LoveFilm, and Wonga.com, who have since become household names.
We know that high-performance companies are the key to economic stability. Just a few thousand businesses will generate half of all new jobs and contribute around 20 per cent of private-sector GDP. The winners of this year’s Awards will be some of the champions who will revive Britain’s prosperity tomorrow. We want to put the spotlight on them on their way to growth.
