Radio 4 Today Programme leads to IPSE claiming HMRC is a bully

Yesterday’s Radio 4’s Today Programme caused quite a scene. The programme highlighted the famous Artic Systems case, in which company director Geoff Jones had a three year battle with HMRC. And now the Association of Independent Professionals and the Self Employed (IPSE) has a bone to pick with tax collectors.
