An entrepreneur to celebrate in Global Entrepreneurship Week is Paul Barry-Walsh. With his flop of straight dark brown hair and faintly crumpled trousers, Barry-Walsh looks like a perennially youthful sports master at a minor public school.
“McDonalds was the first franchise on the high street. We were the second,” says founder Toni Mascolo.
