According to The Gaurdian, Labour leader Ed Miliband has sought to redefine the election debate as a clash between competing political values?.
This has led to the recent debate of whether he is battling to save the UK from the dark side. Yes, it’s a Star Wars reference. The public have taken it unto themselves to find out which Star Wars character each UK party leader would be.
It turns out that David Cameron would play leading villain Darth Vader, although many believe Nigel Farage would pine for the role, while Nick Clegg would be either C-3PO and R2-D2.

Let’s not get started on the trend that is #Milifandom. The two front runners in the general election have each acquired an unlikely of fanbase in the form of teenage girls. Cameron has his #Cameronettes, while Miliband replaced One Direction’s band members in an oddly creepy photoshop bonanza. Take the above tweeted photo as an example.

Moving away from Miliband, who could forget when the Green Party decided its political broadcast would feature a coalition boyband, including lookalikes of Miliband, Cameron, Clegg and Farage.
The media went on a frenzy when George Osborne visited Hecks Cider Farm with Cameron. The chancellor had his photo taken in a somewhat compromising position. Look closely and you’ll find his finger just visible below his belt. When you find it you’ll instantly know why the image went viral.

A spokesperson for agency Western Daily Press, who was in charge of the day’s photography, said: “Sharp-eyed media observers spotted something about this photograph of George Osborne that eluded Western Daily Press proof-readers.
The chancellors right finger was lingering in an unfortunate and innuendo-laden position when he was pictured at Hecks Cider in Street, Somerset. Sorry Mr Osborne, this was one deficit we didnt mean to expose.”
There was also a PR Twitter battle between the Labour and Conservative party, which started when Labour MP Emma Reynolds made a few mistakes in her interview regarding housing policy.

Boris Johnsonrecently compared Nicola Sturgeon and Milibandto dogs. Johnsontold The Sunthat a Labour-SNP government would be “supine, useless [and] federalist”.
He added: “Sturgeon will be the poodle of Brussels and Miliband will be the chihuahua. If you want change in Europe you have got to vote Conservative.

Perhaps the strangest revelation has been that Nick Clegg can save his party from electoral oblivion by using his eyebrows.
It seems that the deputyprime ministeruses his eyebrows better than any of the other party leaders when he wants to use emphasis to make a point.
